In The Shadow of the Gods, John Gwynne crafts a rich tapestry of Norse-inspired fantasy that immerses readers in a world brimming with gods, monsters, and the relentless pursuit of glory. Set in a land where the remnants of a once-mighty pantheon linger, the narrative unfolds through the eyes of three compelling protagonists, each driven by their own desires and haunted by their pasts.
