E L James 5 Books Collection

Step into the captivating world created by E L James, where the complexities of love and desire intertwine with the tensions of control and submission. This collection includes five enthralling novels: Darker and Freed, which revisit the world of Fifty Shades, along with Grey, The Mister and The Missus.

The Plot

In Darker, E L James takes a deeper and darker look at the Fifty Shades love story: after their affair ends in heartbreak, Christian Grey cannot get Anastasia Steele out of his mind and tries to rein in his darkest desires and need for control to win her back. Freed relives their wedding and marriage through Christian's thoughts, reflections and dreams, as old rivalries and resentments endanger them both and Christian confronts the nightmares of his childhood. Throughout, the narrative delves into themes of trust, vulnerability, and the struggle for emotional connection.

Alongside these titles, the collection includes The Mister and its follow-up, The Missus. Moving from London through rural Cornwall to the Balkans, The Mister is a ride of danger and desire, while The Missus follows Maxim Trevelyan, reluctant Earl of Trevethick, and Alessia Demachi as their new marriage faces his notorious reputation, his family's scandalous secrets and the whispers of London's elite. Together they present a multifaceted exploration of love and power.
