Crossfire

Crossfire delves into the complexities of love and identity against a backdrop of societal upheaval. Years have passed since the love between Sephy, a Cross, and Callum, a Nought, changed their families and society forever, and the world they knew has been transformed. But old divisions run deep, setting the stage for conflict and danger.

The Plot

For the first time ever, a Nought Prime Minister, Tobey Durbridge, is in power, and race and class no longer seem to divide people. But when Tobey is framed for murder, his only hope of clearing his name lies with his oldest friend, Callie-Rose.

The divisions between their families run deep, and when two young people are kidnapped, their lives and all they have fought for are put at risk. Their journey explores the themes of resilience, sacrifice, and the enduring power of love amidst chaos.
