Celestial Kingdom Series invites readers into a richly woven tapestry of adventure, mythology, and self-discovery, perfect for ages 14 and above. With striking prose and captivating storytelling, this collection follows the journey of Xingyin, a young woman whose life is forever altered when her hidden existence on the moon is discovered.

The Plot

In Daughter of the Moon Goddess, Xingyin has grown up on the moon, kept out of sight of the feared Celestial Emperor, who banished her mother for stealing his elixir of immortality. When her magic flares and she is found, she has to flee, and her fight to free her mother sets her against the realm's most powerful immortal. In Heart of the Sun Warrior, the conclusion of the duology, a strange new magic and a shocking truth drive her from home once more, across the Immortal Realm. Tales of the Celestial Kingdom adds nine stories set before, during and after the duology, told from the perspectives of its characters. Along the way, readers meet the complexities of loyalty, love, and sacrifice in a realm filled with celestial beings, enchanting magic, and fierce battles.
