Wild Reverence

In Wild Reverence, Rebecca Ross weaves a captivating tale of magic, love, and the haunting beauty of a world on the brink of change. Returning to the world of Divine Rivals, the narrative follows Matilda, the youngest goddess of her clan, who must navigate the tumultuous waters of fate and desire.

The Story

Born to the firelit underworld and blessed with humble messenger magic, Matilda carries letters between the realms, but in a land where gods kill each other for magic, she also carries secrets – one of them deadly, the other a mortal boy, Vincent of Beckett, who dreams of her though they have never met. Ten years ago Vincent begged the goddess for help on the darkest night of his life, and his unanswered prayer hardened his heart against the gods – until she comes tumbling through his window with a letter that will change both their destinies.
